Tea is a very healthy drink. Alot of people have benefitted from it and it has been around for sometime.The Ancient Chinese have relied on Green Tea to help them maintain weight, which are fattening when taken in excess. Some of our ancestors also credit the tea for giving them long and healthy lives and for giving them energy. People of today have the same purpose for drinking tea. Drinking tea is said to be helpful in keeping our bodies healthy. In fact it has numerous benefits. Some people drink tea to maintain a healthy body weight, drinking tea can help improve digestions, other still drink tea in order to have more energy and lastly some people drink tea in order for them to be able to relax and sleep soundly at night. When we speak of tea we immediately think of those tiny teabags we soak in hot water, however, there is a different kind of tea and that is the loose leaf tea.
The loose leaf tea is the opposite of the teabag tea. The loose leaf tea is not placed in any type of container be it a teabag or otherwise. The very leaves of the loose leaf tea are the ones that are soaked in water, unlike those teabags wherein the leaves are crushed. Since the leaves are intact loose leaf tea has more flavor and taste.
